How to Download The Method: Copy the code from the window below. Paste the code into the HTML of your web page, somewhere between the two "body tags."Also, you must download the graphics (zipped near the bottom of this page) and unzip those graphics into the folder where you store you web page -- otherwise the banner "won't work." After the banner becomes visible on your page, you can copy and paste it exactly where you want it -- or move it to other pages in your web. You should customize your display to meet your needs. Erase our words and write your own. Use your pictures and photos, if you like -- or use ours. The Catch, Tricky Business You need to use a simple trick BEFORE you paste the code into your HTML. First paste the code into a word document like Microsoft Word, WordPad, Lotus, or whatever. Copy the code from the word document and paste THAT code into your HTML. If you ignore our advice, you might see an unexpected code on your page instead of a graphic (or instead of a display). Also, your graphic (or display) "won't work" until you save your page to the folder in which you unzipped the graphics. |

Resize Your Banner The banner grows or shrinks automatically to accommodate the content you put in it. If you wish to control the size, then set the width of the outermost table in pixels or percent. All done. The outermost table is invisible, by the way, because it has no graphic and no border. Wrap or No Wrap? The centermost cell of the banner -- the part that holds the words -- is set for "no wrap." You might want to change that setting, an easy thing to do. If you use text that is centered, then you might want to use "no wrap" in the cell where you place your words. If you do NOT use no wrap, then you should set a width for the banner, either in pixels or in percent. |
